On Labor Day weekend 2017, Chef Mathieu Palambino orchestrated a Lamb Asado inviting friends and family to celebrate the end of the summer in East Hampton, NY. Helped by award winning Chef David Malbequi, this extraordinary South American style barbecue delighted the senses of everyone. The celebration was a huge success, ending with a water balloon fight.
